Travelling

I just thought i will drop a few lines before I began a week's travel to Sarawak and Sabah due to work assignmnents. I got an sms from a friend who is on a work project in Europe (who read the blog), hoping that i am much better....and so i decided to post this before i catch a plane in a few hours.

My cough is much better though it is still there. I will just have to be much careful on the food i take while i am in East Malaysia.

A couple of days ago a friend of mine forwarded me this mail and i thought it was really good as it showcase of will power and faith of a man. These are the type of movitation we should be reminded oftern to get on with our daily lives. Happy viewing.

this is such a heartfelt blog and i admired yr strengh in overcoming obstacles. May i know where should i have a breast checkup in PJ/Kl as i have been very worried since i'm a smoker. I am not convinced with my ability of self exemination on my breast therefore a check with a clinic will be better. What are the pros and cons for a 33yr to go for a momogram checkup.
thanks

Thanks Sue for you kind words. Only saw you comment today as i have been travelling for the last one week.

It is good that you know the importance of self examination. You can always go to clinics for the doctors to do the examination for you. If you feel comfortable you can always visit a clinic with a lady doctor.

Not everyone at the age of 33 needs to do a mamogram. Only upon examination and a lump or other abnormal symtoms are discovered, a mamo would be recommended.

You just need to be alert about your well being and go for regular check ups for peace of mind and as a precaution.

Hi Sue

Sorry i do not know any lady doctors in KL/PJ. You may want to go to the medical association or the medical council websites to find out about the doctors registered at these locations.
